Had a memorable stay, the hotel is nice.

The room was fantastic and luxurious, it had closet space and a carpet. The breakfast was good at Grand Cafe, and the staff were wonderful. The property was in the heart of the city.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable and the free parking was on site. We ordered lunch at Oku, located right next to the venue. The room was quiet and bright, it had closet space and a carpet. The breakfast was satisfactory at Grand Cafe, and the staff were wonderful!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a central location, right by the famous roundabout and with easy access to luxurious shopping centers. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the nice view over the beautiful fountain. This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, near a roundabout notorious for its traffic. But don't let that discourage you, because the view from the rooms is absolutely stunning. You can see the beautiful fountain and even the famous Mandarin Oriental. Plus, being close to the luxurious shopping center, Grand Indonesia, is a major bonus. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The basic amenities are all there, and the breakfast at Grand Cafe is included in the price.

Some noise from the Car Free Day event on Sundays could be heard on the 13th floor.

Grand Hyatt Jakarta lives up to its name: for me one of the best managed hotels in the chain worldwide. The pool area, the fitness and wellness centre, the rooms and the central location are particularly noteworthy. I'd love to.

All was fine. I can recommend the hotel. Offer in the Club Lounge somewhat sparse and limited to certain times.

Gorgeous lobby, spacious rooms, amazing service, convenient location with access to Plaza Indonesia, great for family gatherings and celebrations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is perfect. Situated at the center of the city within a mall, it made accessing nearby attractions and shopping areas a breeze. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and the rooms themselves offered a nice view over the beautiful fountain. Lastly, the breakfast at Grand Cafe was a highlight. The variety of options and the fact that it was included in the stay made for a great start to the day.
